Visual identity project created for the Hub Rocket's Diversity Committee, whose objective is to define the space intended for dialogues, team activations, and construction of the brand culture.

The creation considers ways to highlight plurality, inclusion, welcoming, and belonging through graphics that symbolizes the strength and relevance necessary for the theme to manifest through different fronts of communication or brand activation.

The techniques used to create the identity include digital collage, typographic distortions, hand-made icons, and textures that resemble street art, in order to reference the anti-design movement and break traditional rules of design.

🇧🇷 Projeto de identidade visual criado para o Comitê de Diversidade do Hub Rocket, cujo objetivo é definir um espaço destinado a diálogos, ativações de time e construção da cultura de marca.

A criação busca representar pluralidade, inclusão, acolhimento e pertencimento através de gráficos que simbolizem a força e relevância necessárias para que o tema possa se manifestar por diferentes frentes de comunicação.

As técnicas usadas na identidade visual incluem colagem digital, distorções tipográficas, ícones feitos à mão e texturas que remetem à arte de rua, com o intuito de fazer referência ao movimento anti-design e quebrar as normas tradicionais do design.
